The Role:

As our Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our menu to life and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to design and execute a menu that embodies the rich flavors and traditions of Italy.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Supporting Culinary Leadership: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create a menu that showcases Italy's culinary heritage.
  2. Mentoring the Team: Guide and inspire junior chefs, helping them develop their skills and maintain the highest culinary standards.
  3. Ensuring Consistency: Oversee food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing every dish meets our exacting quality standards.
  4. Managing Operations: Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, food costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  5. Innovating with Passion: Contribute to menu development by bringing fresh ideas and creative flair to the table.

A Competitive Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role.
