Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Saturday Sales Support to join our Residential Sales team in Truro. This is an office-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- General office administration, including filing, updating brochure displays, post, and brochure mail outs
- Ensure brochure folders are kept replenished
- Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given
- Arranging pitch and viewing appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and good initiative
- Takes pride in work and enjoys delivering first-class customer service
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local area
- Enjoy dealing with people
