Job Title: 7.5T Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled and reliable 7.5T Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely delivering and installing electrical products to our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and install electrical products, including White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers, to customers' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with their delivery and installation.
  • Maintain regular contact with the site to meet any changes to customer delivery requests and escalate unplanned issues as necessary.
  • Liaise with manufacturers at the point of delivery when necessary.
  • Handle all products safely and with care, supporting colleagues to do the same.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role and manage changing volumes of load held in the vehicle during the day.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face with customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, alone or collaboratively with colleagues, to ensure business and customer needs are satisfied.
  • Utilize equipment and correctly handle products to ensure best practice for a safe delivery.
  • Take responsibility for own learning and development.
