Dietetic Advisor

Dietitian - Adult Diabetes and Bariatric Surgery (Fixed Term, 12 months)

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that works as part of the dietetic and multidisciplinary teams to provide highly specialist advice, education, and support to patients, carers, and other health professionals within the specialities of adult diabetes and bariatric surgery.

• Participate in continuing professional development, audit, and research within this specialist area to further best practice.

We are looking for a Dietitian with:

• A degree or post-graduate diploma in dietetics.
• HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
• At least 3 years post-graduate NHS experience with at least 2 years at senior level.
• Recent experience of working in the nutritional management of patients in this specialty.
• Experience of multidisciplinary working.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
