Our company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Europe, and we're looking for a talented individual to become an integral part of our well-respected team. As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team of 14 and benefit from the guidance of a highly experienced Director who takes an active role in project delivery.

You'll be immersed in a range of high-end Hotel & Leisure projects, including prestigious five-star developments that will significantly bolster your project management credentials. In addition to luxury leisure projects, you'll gain exposure to a variety of other sectors, including Residential, Warehousing, and Education.

This consultancy is dedicated to investing in its team, offering structured support towards achieving chartership and professional accreditation. By partnering with several other local firms, we have created a robust support network, ensuring that you have access to an array of resources and tailored development programmes.

We're looking for a proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges. You'll need previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy, a construction-related degree qualification, and practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, hybrid working, free staff parking, and a range of other benefits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
