Patisserie Supervisor

Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Patisserie Supervisor to join our team at Edge Recruits in London. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakers and baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery, including managing inventory and maintaining a clean working environment
2. Recruit, train and lead a team of bakers and baristas

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work under pressure and have a passion for delivering high-quality products and services. We offer a competitive salary range of £38,500 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
