The role of a Support Professional is multifaceted and requires a passion for supporting individuals with autism to achieve their personal goals and independence. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with autistic adults, providing support and guidance to help them develop essential life skills and build meaningful relationships within their community.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,974 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the needs of our clients. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in working with autistic individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. You will also play a key role in helping individuals to develop their communication skills, build confidence, and participate in activities that promote social inclusion and community engagement.

As a Support Professional, you will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients and their families, which may include evening and weekend shifts.
