We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our thriving IT company. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing dynamic projects, configuring and installing network hardware, and delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage single-day projects, including configuring and installing network hardware, setting up new users, and delivering MS365 solutions.
- Oversee data migrations and serve as a point of escalation for any 3rd line customer service requests.
- Develop and implement network technologies and solutions, including Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, and MS365.
- Design and implement high-level and low-level solutions, including experience with Draytek Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls, and UniFi Wireless access points and network switches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Effective communication skills at all levels within an organization.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
- The ability to influence others, set expectations, and plan and coordinate projects.
- A strong understanding of network technologies and the fundamentals of networking.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Technologies, including Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, and MS365.
- Experience with Draytek Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls, and UniFi Wireless access points and network switches.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
