Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and driven sales professional to join our team at Consegna Talent. As a General Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Policy Management: Assist with policy purchase, renewal, and administration, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and company policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client activities and policy renewals, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or insurance sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications, such as the CII Diploma, are highly desirable.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulations.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Knowledge of Insurance Products: In-depth knowledge of general insurance products, UK regulations, and proficiency in insurance software.
- Customer-Focused: Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional service.
