Corporate Facilities Assistant

This Facilities Administrator role is a key part of our facilities management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our premises. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with hybrid working options available up to 2 days per week. The salary for this role is £13.40 per hour + Sodexo benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for our facilities management operations.
- Maintain accurate records, including contracts, works schedules, and maintenance logs.
- Update our systems and assist in weekly/monthly finance processes such as invoicing and reporting.
- Collate weekly time management data and support payroll processes and scheduling as required.
- Proven experience using SAP/Maximo/Payroll would be a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant is a bonus; however, a willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
