Job Title: Sub Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sub Agent to join our team in Inveraray, working on a substation and overhead powerline project.

Role Overview:

As Sub Agent, you will support the Site Agent in managing various aspects of the construction project. You will play an essential role in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing work packages, and ensuring construction activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Site Agent in planning and coordinating all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource management, and subcontractor oversight.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Monitor progress against project milestones and budgets, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation in line with health and safety regulations.

Accommodation, travel, and subsistence expenses will be fully covered by the contractor.
