As a Tiffany Brand Ambassador, you will embody the essence of our luxury brand in every client interaction. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for Tiffany will shine through in every conversation, making each client's experience truly unforgettable.

Sales: Drive client loyalty and sales growth by deepening relationships and consistently achieving sales targets. Capture client data, cultivate new and existing relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate your passion for Tiffany as a brand ambassador, execute best practices, and optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Must currently be based in and hold authorization to work in the UK.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin, Arabic, or Thai.
  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
