Job Opportunity

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Client Accountant to fill a 9-month FTC maternity cover position at a property management business in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of service charge and client accounts duties on their own portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain property management databases on Tramps and Yardi Voyager, including setting up new leases and managing client accounts.
  • Process and reconcile service charge and client account transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client accounting and property management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
