Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our outstanding Nursery in East Grinstead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and providing exceptional care to the children
  • Utilize your safeguarding knowledge and experience to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Design and implement creative activities that promote learning and development
  • Apply the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure a well-rounded education
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development
  • Sensitivity, patience, and a caring approach
  • CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
