Electrical Workshop Supervisor

PT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Workshop Supervisor to join its team. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Workshop, overseeing project installations, and ensuring high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Electrical Workshop team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Oversee project installations, ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure effective communication and project alignment
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with company quality system processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical qualification (e.g., Level 3 qualification in a relevant field)
  • BTec, City and Guilds, or recognized apprenticeship/training in electrical work
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical schematics
  • Proficient in general IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, preferably within the electrical industry
