Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Survitec. As a key member of our People Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving the success of our organization.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of central HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to HR leadership.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide support in annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and benefit renewals.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
• Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes across global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to reduce manual efforts and increase automation.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist who possesses a strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. You should have a proven track record of supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives, and be proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
