Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health in Chelmsford. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting memberships and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
  • Engage and motivate customers to achieve their swimming goals
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
