Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Portfolio, and Finance to develop data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Identify key metrics and build executive-facing dashboards to track progress and prioritize initiatives.
  • Aggregate and analyze large datasets, building data pipelines to serve reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for the PayPal Credit product in the UK.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory objectives, such as complying with Consumer Duty, are met.
  • Support various departments with data and insights to help them achieve their specific goals.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in a data science/analytics role, ideally in a financial organization, working with a wide range of datasets and stakeholders.
  • Essential experience with SQL, and a scripting language (Python).
  • A good understanding of financial products and payments data, ideally in a regulated environment.
