Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • You will be involved in day-to-day interactions with colleagues across various departments, focusing on aspects like adverse events, audit non-conformities, change control & validation, concessionary issues, and recalls.">
  • Develop relationships with external organizations, ensuring compliance with external regulations and incorporating requirements safely into our Quality system.">
  • Produce reports, lead quality review meetings, and facilitate meetings to investigate adverse events and identify effective actions to prevent re-occurrence.">
  • Participate in operational improvement events using LEAN principles, identifying areas for improvement and implementing methods to enhance our services.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A proven track record of quality audit experience and proficiency in Quality Management Systems.">
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), or equivalent systems.">
  • A Master's level qualification or equivalent postgraduate study/qualifications, along with extensive experience in a regulated environment.">
  • Demonstrate commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD).">

  • We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.">
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time) plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years' service and 33 days after 10 years.">
