Job Description:
  • Mentoring Sessions: Deliver individual and small-group mentoring sessions to SEN students, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Support Strategies: Engage with families to provide feedback on student progress and collaborate on support strategies, promoting a unified front in supporting students.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices and interventions in the field of special education and mentoring, ensuring a high level of expertise and effectiveness in this role.

Estimated Salary: £31,200 per annum
