We are seeking a Delivery Postie to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in bringing essential items to our customers.



Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve delivery targets and goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Have a strong sense of community and take pride in delivering excellent service to our customers


Requirements


  • Have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be able to lift and carry heavy items, and work in all weather conditions
  • Be organised, punctual, and have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Have a strong sense of community and a desire to make a positive impact in our customers' lives
