Roadside Rescue Mechanic Role Overview

Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for helping others and working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide roadside assistance to customers, using your technical skills to diagnose and repair vehicles
* Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments

**What You'll Need:**

* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
* Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
