Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Kent. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients, working closely with our established estate agency business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Work closely with estate agency business partners to generate leads and appointments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise to offer clients.
Requirements
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
- At least 12 months of experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking.
- Proven sales background, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
