This is an opportunity to lead and shape our People and Culture strategy across regions – EMEA, the US, and APAC. You'll oversee all aspects of people operations, from managing and developing HR teams across multiple regions, to spearheading operational improvements and tackling complex employee relations issues and projects. This role requires someone with a proven ability to navigate both high-level strategy and practical HR challenges with confidence and expertise.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our people strategy and driving operational excellence. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Manage and develop our HR teams across multiple regions, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Evaluate and implement operational improvements for global payrolls in the UK, US, and New Zealand.
  • Support key people projects including performance reviews, engagement plans, change management, and reward strategies.
  • Oversight of talent acquisition processes and enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Develop strategic partnerships with senior leaders to drive the delivery of our global people strategy.
  • Resolve intricate employee relations issues and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Analyse trends and implement strategies to enhance engagement and performance using people metrics.
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, systems, reporting, and policy development to ensure global compliance.

The salary for this position is approximately £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer 35 days PTO (includes public holidays), your birthday off, 2 volunteer days, healthcare, life insurance, and a dog-friendly office environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Senior-level expertise as a Head of People Operations or similar (5+ years) managing employee relations, payroll, and HR policies across global regions, plus additional HR experience (7+ years). CIPD qualified would be a plus.
  • Global acumen, including experience in the US market and employment legislation, along with knowledge of APAC/ANZ teams.
  • Leadership excellence, including managing HR teams across time zones and driving people-focused projects.
  • Tech-savviness, preferably familiar with HiBob (HRIS) and Workable (ATS).
  • Collaborative spirit and outstanding communication skills.
  • Initiative and proactivity, with a self-starting approach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to travel, visiting global offices as required.
