About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team based in Sandbach. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for supporting a female who has autism and requires assistance with daily living tasks. This may include helping her maintain her own home, promoting independence, and supporting her with aspects of her daily life.

The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour and enjoy activities such as water play, watching TV, and walking. You will need to be able to support the individual with managing risks and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the individual with daily living tasks
- Promoting independence and encouraging participation in activities
- Managing risks and supporting the individual to meet their needs

Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities
- Ability to work flexibly and provide support during various shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £13.50 per hour (enhanced hourly rate on Bank Holidays)
