Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced administration professional to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Single Point of Access (SPA) administration team as a team lead.

The successful post holder will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the administration team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive support services in CAMHS SPA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the administration team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve service quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
