About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Processor / Case Manager to join our award-winning finance brokerage in Exeter, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in the mortgage industry to work as part of a specialist, directly authorised boutique brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support 6 Brokers in managing and overseeing various administrative tasks related to the mortgage lending process
  • Prepare, review, and process mortgage documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Liaise with clients and update the CRM system
  • Accurately input mortgage applications into various lender systems and upload documents
  • Manage a pipeline of mortgage and finance applications through to completion
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process and liaise with third parties when needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience within the mortgage industry either as a Broker, Case Manager or Underwriter
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
