We are currently recruiting for a Flood Risk Engineer/Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our multidisciplinary consultancy in Yorkshire.

This consultancy is looking for a Flood Consultant (2 years+) or Senior Consultant (5 years+) to work in their Hydrology/Flood Risk team, who can develop skills in project management and client liaison, and gain professional accreditation under the guidance of Chartered Engineers/Hydrologists.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing flood risk assessments, ES Chapters, and Drainage strategies, as well as working with Microdrainage, PDS, GIS, AutoCAD software. Proven UK experience within the Drainage sector is essential.

Responsibilities will include managing budgets and timelines of projects, with guidance, as well as having experience with surface water and foul drainage strategies.

About the Role
  • Prepare flood risk assessments, ES Chapters, and Drainage strategies
  • Experience with Microdrainage, PDS, GIS, AutoCAD software beneficial but not essential
  • Proven UK experience within the Drainage sector
  • Manage budgets and timelines of projects with guidance
  • Experience with surface water and foul drainage strategies

Our company offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
