About the Role

Maxwell Consultancy is partnering with a leading global engineering company to find experienced CNC Machinists for permanent, full-time positions. These roles will be based in a state-of-the-art workshop, offering a 4-day working week with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time-served CNC Machinists with experience in reading and interpreting schematic engineering drawings
  • Setting, operating, and programming CNC machines
  • Proficiency in FANUC or Mazatrol control panels
  • Experience with Vertical Lathes, CNC Machining Centres, and Integrex
  • Programming skills for 1/2/3 off's
  • CNC Miller and CNC Turner roles available
Working Conditions
  • 4-day working week with night shifts (Monday to Thursday)
  • Weekly overtime available at 1.5 times the regular rate and over 8 hours at double time
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
