The role involves supporting individuals who have been out of work for extended periods, requiring additional assistance to re-enter employment. The Restart Scheme aims to address employment barriers hindering job seekers from finding work.

As a Client Advisor on the Restart programme, you will work with adult job seekers to identify and address barriers to employment. This includes providing case management, support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services.

You will develop and maintain an action plan with each job seeker, agreeing on a range of activities to enable and inspire them to achieve sustained employment. This may include improving wellbeing, self-confidence, and level of independence.
