Salary: £13.70 per hour (up to £28,000 per annum)


We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team of professionals who share our vision of delivering exceptional childcare services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.



About the Role

  • Job Purpose: To provide high-quality care and education for our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • To establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
    • To plan and implement engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
    • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
    • To contribute to the overall well-being of the nursery, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • NQF Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
