The successful candidate will enrol on a 2-Year scheme working directly with the UK Engineering Management to ensure the efficient operation of the Region's 25 Line Maintenance Stations.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOGs and Third-Party Liaison.
  • Manpower planning, recruitment, retention and staff performance management.
  • Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
  • Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to advance the efficiency of the operation and morale of the Engineering staff.
Requirements:
  • All candidates must be on track to graduate in 2025 with a Degree in an Engineering subject, incorporating Management, Operations, etc, at a minimum level of a 2:1.
  • Computer literate, with experience utilising Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English.
  • Full UK Driving License.
