We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to manage our construction sites in the North East region, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects, with experience working on schemes between £5-£20 million. A degree or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant technical discipline is essential, along with CITB 5 day and SMSTS certifications.
Responsibilities include managing direct labour, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient site operations in line with our Perfect Delivery philosophy.
This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a Company Car or Cash Allowance reflecting your Morgan Sindall Benefit Grade.
