Job Summary

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at a busy high street store in Bowmore.

This is a key role within our facilities maintenance team, and the successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring that our store is clean and tidy at all times.

The successful candidate will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order. They will also be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with all customers and colleagues.

A salary of approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including holiday entitlement, pension contributions, discount through MiDeals, cycle-to-work scheme, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have basic English communication skills, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. You will also need to be flexible, open-minded, honest, self-driven, determined, reliable, hardworking, and professional.
