We are seeking an experienced and skilled kitchen manager to join our team at Ketton Ox. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:- Recruit and induct new team members to join our dynamic kitchen team.
- Lead, manage, and develop your Brigade to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards to meet industry expectations.
- Create a kitchen rota that meets labour targets and ensures seamless service delivery.
- Conduct periodic stock takes to maintain target margins and drive business growth.
- Boost sales by engaging with teams and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Order food supplies and equipment as needed to support the smooth running of the kitchen.
The salary for this role is £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
