Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of excellence in our nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, providing individualized care and attention.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Contribute to the effective day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive the growth and development of our team and children.
