Courier Associate

Pertemps are delighted to be supporting Royal Mail in recruiting Couriers across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for you to start your day in the local delivery office, sorting and collecting post/parcels to be delivered. You will work closely with a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages. As a Courier, you will be required to walk at least 8 miles per day, carrying a post bag, delivering letters and parcels. Driving and on foot delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. Your hand-held device will act as your routing system, guiding you to the next delivery location. Key requirements include holding a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points, previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong communication and customer service abilities, and commitment to safe and responsible driving practices.
