Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Engineer to join our team, covering the South East region and surrounding areas. This home-based role involves site visits on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with home working on Monday and Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving technical support issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstation, and connectivity technical support issues for key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in IT field service engineering, IT database administration, or IT technical support, with experience of one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Linux, SQL, DICOM, HL7, server support, advanced technologies, and front and back end support.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car or car allowance, 10% bonus, £6,000 standby allowance, overtime opportunities, and an excellent benefits package.
