Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, managing a team of engineers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Complete annual reviews with all staff, review development needs, coach and mentor staff, implement succession planning, and promote a positive working environment.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policy, legislation, and procedures, create and maintain site Health & Safety plans, and promote near miss reporting.
  • Contract Delivery: Deliver budget, meet KPI targets, prioritize and plan AMHE repairs, maintain service records, and ensure site spare parts are maintained and audited.
  • Technical Direction: Ensure full utilization of DMMS, complete Safety Critical PPMs, manage obsolescence, promote standardization of maintenance practices, and maintain compliance to key CE Directives and standards.
  • Resource Management: Ensure close working relationships, comply with company policies, record and monitor overtime, and ensure third-party support contracts deliver key service KPIs.
  • Conflict Management: Resolve day-to-day issues, manage through change, and use data-driven analysis to resolve conflicting views.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define, support, and lead LEAN projects, establish Critical to Quality (CTQs), identify and reduce variation in processes, and drive a proactive culture.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Understand and focus on exceeding customer expectations, deliver proactive customer service, gather feedback, and build trusted relationships.
Requirements
  • HNC/HND/degree qualified
  • Proven experience leading a team of engineers
  • IOSH/NEBOSH trained
  • Budget and cost control experience essential
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement techniques
