Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in managing activities, performance, and reporting for R&D projects within the Technology Management portfolio.
  • Provide technical guidance to project leads and team members on R&D proposal development and project mobilization.
  • Ensure R&D projects are managed effectively, with regular progress reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate monthly financial and progress reviews for R&D projects within the Technology Management portfolio.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Contribute to the development of the Technology Strategy, highlighting key technologies and capabilities.
  • Encourage and support the submission of new R&D project ideas.
Requirements:
  • STEM-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects involving new technology introductions.
  • 5+ years of experience in large or complex engineering projects.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
