Job Summary

As an Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in installing fibre connections into customers' premises, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fibre connections into customer premises, adhering to the highest standards of customer service and safety.
  • Manage tools and vehicles issued to you, ensuring compliance with our vehicle policy.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and manage day-to-day jobs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain Health and Safety compliance, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Work individually and as part of a team to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Desirable qualifications include SA001, SA002, S7, S8, IPAF 1b, NRSWA unit 2, and SMART AWARDS.
  • Have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
