We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children and ensuring their safety and well-being during our activity day camps.

About the Role:
  • Lead a group of children in various activities, including sports, arts, and crafts
  • Initiate games and help with activities to ensure a fun and engaging experience for the children
  • Ensure the welfare needs of all children are met
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a positive and safe environment for the children
Requirements:
  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during the school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)

We are an award-winning day camp provider, running camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays. Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Camp Beaumont.
