Electromechanical Systems Technologist
Nybor Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Systems Technologist to join its team in Buckinghamshire. With an estimated annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000, this role offers excellent career opportunities and a competitive benefits package.
The Electromechanical Systems Technologist will be responsible for installing, removing, servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for the company's Rapid Deployment CCTV systems and fixed systems. They will need a strong understanding of CCTV and wireless systems, including detection methods and analytics, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As an Electromechanical Systems Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's security systems and contributing to the company's success in the security solutions industry.
The Key Responsibilities include:
  1. System knowledge of market leading hardware
  2. Installation / removal / maintain & repair, various CCTV systems
  3. Provide a full range of servicing and fault-finding diagnostics of Wireless and Wired CCTV systems to determine appropriate solutions
  4. Ability to provide a consistent approach whilst utilising your initiative, with minimal supervision, maintaining our core value of a customer-first approach
  5. Continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first-time fixes
  6. Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm/intruder systems, gates and barriers, monitoring, and lone worker systems. A full driving licence is required, as is substantial quantifiable and demonstrable experience in a similar role. Electrical or electronics qualification, City and Guilds or BTE FIA Qualifications are desirable.
