Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Mobile Equipment Specialist

Location: London Zones 1 + 2

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the onsite supervisor. This includes fault finding, testing, repairing, and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out various non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks
  • Closing / updating completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system
  • Carrying out small electrical installation work
  • Maintaining accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works

Essential Skills and Experience:

A demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering is required, along with knowledge and use of computer software.
