We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Leader to join our team at The Really NEET Project. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting learners with Educational, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and promoting inclusion best practice throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of learners with EHCPs aged 16-25 years
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff and services with SEND related queries
  • Arrange and carry out Annual Reviews and PEPs, including completion and submission of relevant paperwork
  • Assist the Change Leader with transition processes for learners starting or leaving Really NEET
  • Oversee the progression of learners on completion of the course

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have a strong understanding of SEND principles. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with staff and services to promote inclusion and support learners with EHCPs.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners and expect all staff to share this commitment. Successful applicants will need to undergo a DBS Enhanced Clearance check.
