About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chemistry teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Chemistry instructor, you will be responsible for delivering captivating lessons at both GCSE and A-Level levels. This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in the relevant discipline.
2. A strong passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and support students in their academic and personal development.
3. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning opportunities.
4. Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage workload efficiently, including planning, assessment, and administrative tasks.
5. Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to navigate challenges and embrace innovation in teaching practices.
6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the wider goals and ethos of the school.
7. Compliance with all relevant safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students under their care.
