Astutis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Course Coordinator to join our team. As a Course Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration of our courses, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the delivery of high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients and customers, providing comprehensive post-sales support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Issue joining instructions to clients and customers, prepare course paperwork, and ensure course trainers receive course materials and arrangements.
  • Confirm delegate numbers with Open venues, gather post-course feedback for continuous improvement, and update relevant job files and digital systems.
  • Manage delegate practical assessment submissions, prepare and issue certificates to clients and students, and manage inboxes, respond to student queries by telephone and email.
  • Assist colleagues with the administration of their courses where required and provide cover for colleagues during annual leave or sickness absence.
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent word-processing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated, and strong initiative to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, and a customer-focused approach with excellent telephone manner.
  • Results-focused and a team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
