We are seeking experienced tutors to join our client's dynamic team and deliver the Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in IT and Telecoms.

As a Telecoms Tutor, you will have the unique opportunity to teach the BTEC Level 2/3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals, playing a crucial role in shaping the careers of the next generation of telecommunications experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, impactful instruction using a variety of teaching methods to keep learners motivated and engaged.
  • Organize and manage teaching schedules, utilizing available resources and facilities to deliver effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to design, improve, and enhance course content and modules.
  • Offer support to learners on projects and assignments, providing direction to help them succeed.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety, equality, and safeguarding policies, reporting any concerns as needed.
  • Work closely with academic staff to ensure students' needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Telecommunications or equivalent.
  • A teaching or assessor qualification is preferred, but extensive industry experience will also be considered.
