Project Management Overview


At AtkinsRéalis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from start to finish. This will involve working closely with our team of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that these are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of project team members, including designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and ensure that project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the required standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements



  • Proven experience of managing projects from initiation to closure, preferably in a creative or digital environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, and to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience of working with project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
