The consultancy specializes in Civil and Structural Engineering, working on large commercial, residential, office, and public projects.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Structural Engineer to assist in designing and analyzing structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other structures.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers in multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Analysis: Assist in designing and analyzing structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other structures.
  2. Software Proficiency: Perform structural calculations and analysis using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  3. Technical Reports: Assist in the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers in multi-disciplinary projects.
  5. Safety and Standards: Ensure that designs meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
  6. Site Visits: Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
  7. Project Management: Support senior engineers in project management tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Civil or Structural Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  2. Design Software Familiarity: Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
  3. Structural Principles Knowledge: Basic knowledge of structural engineering principles and standards.
  4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Estimated Salary:

This role comes with a competitive salary based on experience, estimated at up to £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
